Ashish Arora, Founder & Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director of HR Anexi, Ashish has a wide spectrum of experience in the HR industry as a consultant, educator, trainer and the ability to build and manage businesses. He is a popular, humorous, albeit opinionated keynote speaker with a unique breadth of business experience and technical depth. He has held several national and international level HR positions with Indian and MNC organizations. He has also been associated with the Indian School of Business (ISB) at Hyderabad as Director - Executive Education in its inception stage. His expertise lies in the Strategic HR, Education & Training, Executive Search and Strategic business structuring.

 

Joseph Paulson, Founder & Director

Co-founder and Director of HR Anexi, Jo has over 30 years of multi discipline experience. An ex military pilot who loved to slice the sky at supersonic speeds and weave intricate patterns in the sky defying gravity with aerobatic maneuvers, Jo believes in having the right people in the right places! As a head of the Assessment Practice, he combines NLP, Psychology and behavioural sciences in his approach. He is an acclaimed BlessingWhite global master coach and facilitator. Level A&B qualified from British Psychological Society, he is a certified assessor, NLP master practitioner, MS in Counselling and a Change facilitator.

 

Usha Arora, Founder & Director

Co-founder and Director of HR Anexi, Usha goes about managing our human capital like only a true professional can. Running around with her hands full and thoughts occupied, she is a mentor for HR Anexi. She heads our Executive Search subsidiary called Power Chorrd helps clients in "right-fit-selection". With over 15 years in sales & marketing, business operations and consulting, she brings with her a wealth of experience from the media & HR consulting businesses.

 

Ken Simper, Director

Ken is a Director and Mentor of HR Anexi. Ken is a consultant to organizations: assisting with the identification of the best strategies, handling culture change initiatives, behavioral competency development and leadership and team development. He is also a coach for individuals and teams. Ken has a broad and varied experience base that equips him with the knowledge, experience, business acumen and capability to understand how organizations function, the challenges leaders face in obtaining and sustaining maximum contribution from their people and the needs and expectations of those people. With over 40 years of experience across the globe, Ken is currently the Managing Director and CEO of BlessingWhite Asia-Pacific. He is leading the strategy to establish local BlessingWhite offices throughout the region. He was earlier associated with DDI for 17 years in the capacity of CEO-Asia Pacific and then SVP Regional Operations for USA and Canadian Operations. He was certified by Dr. Douglas Bray and Dr. Bill Byham, the founders of Development Dimensions International (DDI).

 

Ganapathi H, Principal Consultant

Ganapathi is a Principal Consultant and leads Learning & Development Practice. His thoughts are numerous. His words are measured. His dynamics of approach and that reassuring smile are in stark contrast to his sharpened mind. Ganapati, a warrior at work is B Tech from IIT Mumbai and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj. He has over 24 years of multi-faceted experience - a manager, an Entrepreneur, a coach and a trainer, he is all combined into one. He is also an NLP certified trainer from NFNLP, USA, and a certified professional behavioral analyst. His forte is management development, talent transformation, training for fast tracking of employees, assessment centers and career transition coaching. He has been working for the last 5 years in conceiving, designing and delivering leadership training, managerial effectiveness, train the trainer, sales excellence and communication programs that improve performance.
