Directed learning is what lies between Diagnostics and Returns.

HR Anexi offers a Learning and Development pathway based on incisive diagnostics to gauge the learning requirements based on the competency gaps, specify the learning goals and generate Individual Development Plans (IDP's) for participants. L&D interventions are structured to suit the individual needs. The process ends with an analysis of post learning performance based on clearly defined Returns on Learning Investments.

The DevelUPment Pathway

We offer a Development Centre (DC) methodology using Assessment tools like 3600 feedback, 15FQ+, VMI and SPI that helps organization customize Training Need Analysis. This is then narrowed down to Individual DevelUPment Plans as we believe that "one size doesn't fit all". We create interventions as required by the IDP's of each individual.

Experiential Learning

Experiential learning goes beyond the class room and involves people in real life situations where they experience an event, observe and reflect, conceptualize and test their action in different situations. It is a powerful way to learn and reinforce the learning.

 

The methodology HR Anexi follows is based on choosing activities based on agreed NLP based Well Formed Outcomes and following the Kurt Levin's 'experiential learning' model of learning consisting of four elements: starting with a concrete experience, then using a structured review process to work through the next three stages, then building additional experiences on top of the learning and re-starting the cycle.

(Manager's Half-Time®)

Manager's Half-Time® is a 9 day strategic intervention spread over 6-9 months to enable managers in an organization to reflect, rethink, re-energize and re-strategize themselves to look afresh at the challenges of managing business and their associates.

 

Manager's Half-Time® derives its inspiration from the soccer game that lasts for only 90 minutes, yet has a 10 minute half time wherein the players alongwith their coach review the first 45 minutes and strategize the next 45 minutes of game as sides too change post the half time! Whereas, in a professional life-span which last for 30- 40 years, how many of us take the Half Time break to review and strategize?
