The DevelUPment Pathway
We offer a Development Centre (DC) methodology using Assessment tools like 3600 feedback,
15FQ+, VMI and SPI that helps organization customize Training Need Analysis. This
is then narrowed down to Individual DevelUPment Plans as we believe that "one size
doesn't fit all". We create interventions as required by the IDP's of each individual.
