Ashish Arora,  Founder and Managing Director

Ashish is the founder and Managing Director of HR Anexi. He is an experienced HR strategist, business coach and entrepreneur. Ashish is a recognized expert in helping organisations articulate their core values and purpose. He advises and mentors CEOs and senior leadership teams to help align strategic priorities and practices to the organisation vision and create stronger accountability systems resulting in greater employee engagement. He leverages his vast practical experience and know-how from across all business functions and geographies. Ashish is a frequent speaker in industry conferences and events. He is a prolific author and is sought after to contribute his opinions and viewpoints on talent and organization issues in major print and electronic media.

Ashish was awarded the “SME Excellence Award 2011’ for best service sector SME organization for its innovative products & services. The award was presented by The SME Development Chamber of India.

Joseph Paulson, Co - Founder and Director

Joseph Paulson is a master coach and heads HRA’s executive coaching practice. He partners with C-suite executives and high-potential leaders to help analyze and evolve behaviours, increase effectiveness through the power of realization, building trust and create a high engagement culture. His action learning approach seeks to advance personal development while at the same time produce immediate business benefit. Jo collaborates with clients to establish strategic coaching approaches and broad talent management strategy. He is an expert in the design and deployment of 360 degree feedback systems to support personal learning, team development, cultural shift and organisational change.

He leverages his vast academic know-how and hands on practical experience from across all business functions and geographies. His industry experience spans financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and consumer products, among others. Joseph then spent over a decade as part of the selection & training board and was responsible for selection, training and development including leadership development

Usha Arora, Director

Usha is one of the Director’s of HR Anexi, a successful 18 year veteran of the human capital industry. She specializes in executive-level assignments for clients ranging from privately held emerging companies to firms listed in the Fortune 500. Usha is known for her rapid search execution, broad network of industry contacts, and precise assessment of cultural fit. She leverages her immense knowledge and experience from across industries to bring the best in-class talent mapping, head hunting and profiling strategies to clients.

In HR Anexi, Usha has launched an exclusive executive search practice; PowerChorrd and continues to leverage her vast skills and knowledge to add value to clients.

Yogish Arora, Director

Yogish Arora is a Director in HR Anexi’s Human Resource Advisory and Outsourcing practice. He specializes in HR transformation, with an emphasis on the design and implementation of leading edge HR service delivery models especially for family run enterprises.

His consulting experience includes end to end HR services from formulating organisation vision, clarifying organisation values and developing competency framework in addition to performance management, organization design and compensation design – all within the context of large-scale, HR transformation initiatives. Yogish is widely recognized for his ability to see the big picture and draw from his vast experience, knowledge and skill in areas of human capital, strategy and service delivery a factor which has contributed to the rapid growth of the HR Anexi’s Advisory and Outsourcing practice.

His clients are from a wide range of sectors – manufacturing, financial services, automotive, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and include a number of listed companies.

Lina Das, Director

Lina is a learning strategist, and a highly experienced facilitator and , coach. She leads a wide range of consulting engagements, making use of more than 20 years of experience in serving clients from diverse fields. Her background includes designing, delivering, and managing large-scale leadership development and culture change initiatives for different organizations. Her approach to organizational development is to help analyze and evolve behaviors, increase effectiveness and thereby impact business results. She integrates the best of current research with practical, real-life application.

Her industry experience spans financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and consumer products among others. Lina’s proven approach is pragmatic and designed to support clients in the areas that yield the highest personal and organizational impact.

Kannan, Director

Kannan is a highly experienced sales coach, and strategist with more than 25 years of experience to the table, along with a history of successful engagement with varied clients. As Director - Sales, Kannan is a major catalyst driving to build value to HR Anexi clients. His meticulous yet dynamic approach focuses on helping clients understand how to optimize their strategy and align their organizations to accelerate revenue. He is accomplished at managing complex business relationships with C-level decision-makers and closing major business deals with industry leaders. His ability to instil confidence with his clients and build lasting partnerships is exemplary.

Kannan is also a master trainer; delivering complex and highly effective customer tailored workshop solutions and international leadership programmes with a wide range of business experience in various industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, retail and banking.

He is an energetic and thought-provoking presenter at many industry conferences and events.

Unnikrishnan, Regional Vice President – South

Unnikrishnan is passionate about helping organizations and their employees be more effective. He has more than 20 years experience in sales and consulting providing customized solutions to meet client needs and expectations, with impact considerations on the entire organization. He has worked with clients in the areas of selection, assessment, performance management, organizational development and team development.

Over the years, Unni has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from multinational organizations to family-owned businesses, as well as companies from virtually all sectors of the marketplace; financial, retail, automotive, health care, manufacturing, and services. Specific clients include Accenture, Aviva, Bangalore International Airport Limited, Big Bags, Citymax, Dhanuka, Future Generali, Future Value Retail Limited and HDFC Standard Life.

Rajesh Rai, Associate Director-Consulting

Rajesh is a highly experienced HR strategist and trainer and coach with more than 25 years of successful client engagements. His intuitive and articulate approach has made him a vital player in all HR strategic and management processes related to Employee Retention, Compensation, Organization Development and Employee Engagement. His passion and vast knowledge allows him to bring life to every training intervention he is part of.

Pragati Lal, Principal Consultant

Pragati is a Principal Consultant, Assessor and NLP practitioner. She leads a wide range of training programmes, leveraging her 17 years of extensive experience in industries ranging from Aviation, Finance, Manufacturing and IT. Her expertise lies in conceptualizing and delivering interventions on leadership, performance management, experiential initiatives and assessment/development centers.

She has trained close to 8000 participants from core leadership teams to mid management executives. Pragati's approach to training is practical and tailored to enhance participant learning and effectiveness through her simple and concise delivery and mature interpersonal skills. She conducts programmes in the areas of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Performance Management, Competency Based Interviewing, amongst others.
