Building employee capabilities and the talent pipeline are key for any organization to sustain its competitive advantage. Development centres provide a holistic assessment on each participant, using a balanced array of psychometric methods and job simulations. The Development Centre methodology pools together insights from various exercises and assessors to create a dynamic view of the participant.

After going through the assessment centre experience, each individual receives a consolidated report, along with a detailed Individual Development Plan ( MyDP). MyDP identifies the participant’s strengths and development needs, and provides specific suggestions to work on them. In order to help create specialized capabilities within our client HR teams, we train them in the design and implementation of such development centres.
