Ashish Arora,  Founder and Managing Director

Ashish is the founder and Managing Director of HR Anexi. He is an experienced HR strategist, business coach and entrepreneur. Ashish is a recognized expert in helping organisations articulate their core values and purpose. He advises and mentors CEOs and senior leadership teams to help align strategic priorities and practices to the organisation vision and create stronger accountability systems resulting in greater employee engagement. He leverages his vast practical experience and know-how from across all business functions and geographies. Ashish is a frequent speaker in industry conferences and events. He is a prolific author and is sought after to contribute his opinions and viewpoints on talent and organization issues in major print and electronic media.

Ashish was awarded the “SME Excellence Award 2011’ for best service sector SME organization for its innovative products & services. The award was presented by The SME Development Chamber of India.

Usha Arora, Director

Usha is one of the Director’s of HR Anexi, a successful 18 year veteran of the human capital industry. She specializes in executive-level assignments for clients ranging from privately held emerging companies to firms listed in the Fortune 500. Usha is known for her rapid search execution, broad network of industry contacts, and precise assessment of cultural fit. She leverages her immense knowledge and experience from across industries to bring the best in-class talent mapping, head hunting and profiling strategies to clients.

In HR Anexi, Usha has launched an exclusive executive search practice; PowerChorrd and continues to leverage her vast skills and knowledge to add value to clients.

Yogish Arora, Director

Yogish Arora is a Director in HR Anexi’s Human Resource Advisory and Outsourcing practice. He specializes in HR transformation, with an emphasis on the design and implementation of leading edge HR service delivery models especially for family run enterprises.

His consulting experience includes end to end HR services from formulating organisation vision, clarifying organisation values and developing competency framework in addition to performance management, organization design and compensation design – all within the context of large-scale, HR transformation initiatives. Yogish is widely recognized for his ability to see the big picture and draw from his vast experience, knowledge and skill in areas of human capital, strategy and service delivery a factor which has contributed to the rapid growth of the HR Anexi’s Advisory and Outsourcing practice.

His clients are from a wide range of sectors – manufacturing, financial services, automotive, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and include a number of listed companies.

Lina Das, Director

Lina is a learning strategist, and a highly experienced facilitator and , coach. She leads a wide range of consulting engagements, making use of more than 20 years of experience in serving clients from diverse fields. Her background includes designing, delivering, and managing large-scale leadership development and culture change initiatives for different organizations. Her approach to organizational development is to help analyze and evolve behaviors, increase effectiveness and thereby impact business results. She integrates the best of current research with practical, real-life application.

Her industry experience spans financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and consumer products among others. Lina’s proven approach is pragmatic and designed to support clients in the areas that yield the highest personal and organizational impact.
