Her experience in the full lifecycle executive search is evident from her best-in-class talent mapping, headhunting, and profiling strategies backed by research and a broad network of industry contacts.

Usha closely works with entrepreneurs in their leadership hiring. Several family-owned businesses have benefited from her pre and post-hire consulting in compensation, salary structuring and assessments. She has established a strong reputation as the “go to” person for new and challenging searches.

Similarly, with large public sector organisations,she is seen as an authentic relationship builder with strong process orientation and a laser sharp ability to assess competency, potentialand cultural fit. She has worked with them on numerous successful CEO and CXO level hires.

Her prior experience of working in Sales in various organisations has taught her to be adaptable and understanding of people of different cultures and backgrounds. This is a big asset when it comes to spotting talent and managing a diverse base of clients.

As a co-founder in HR Anexi, she has built and mentored a strong team of search consultants and researchers who conductexecutive search engagements across functions and levels for global and Indian companies.
